Welcome BACK to Heavily Mediated, a whole new series of meditations. Start your weekend with deep satisfying connection from within.
Arrive by 8:50am to have time to settle in, bring your favorite meditation cushion or stools, chairs are provided. Doors close at 9 when meditation begins.
