Then mark your calendar for an unforgettable weekend! After a magical gathering in November, Sandra (Prem) from Luxembourg returns for a full Musical Moments Retreat – a powerful blend of Kundalini Yoga, healing sound therapy, and sacred singing.
Whether you want to relax, raise your frequency, or connect more deeply to your voice and heart – this weekend is for you.
💫 Meet Sandra – also known as Prem
"I am Sandra, also called Prem, meaning 'Love' – a name I received during my yoga teacher training. Since 2009, when I first discovered Kundalini Yoga, my life has transformed deeply. I’ve experienced how sound, mantra, the Sikh tradition, and yoga together can create deep healing and inner balance. Through sound therapy, sacred singing circles, and community events, I love to bring people together to awaken their voice, mind and heart with yoga, heart songs and mantras, release emotional tension, and reconnect with the essence of life."

FRIDAY, 5 September

SATURDAY, 6 September
🕙 10:00 AM – 7:30 PM
A full day of joyful vocal exploration, yoga, and music:
• Vocal & physical exercises to open your voice
• Playful ways to connect with your unique voice and others
• Celestial communication & mantra meditation
• Sound journey: Relax deeply with instruments and healing frequencies
• Singing Circle with Healing Mantras & Heart Songs
🧘♀️ Yoga: 1–2 Kundalini Kriyas included during the day
🍽 Lunch: 12:30 PM – Shared potluck style (bring something you love – hot food can be warmed on site)

🎶 Evening Singing Circle (Open to All)

• Reflect and share what we’ve experienced
. Yoga practice
• Singing and vocal exercise session to revisit and deepen the practices
🌿 If the weather is good, we’ll be outside – bring good walking shoes!
🍽 Lunch or picnic if we are outside: 13:00 PM – Shared potluck style (bring something you love – hot food can be warmed on site)

The retreat is conducted in English.
Line Log Bjørvik, Kundalini Yoga teacher, will be co-organizing and participating in this event and will translate into Norwegian if needed.
