She specializes in Vinyasa Flow, Gentle Flow, Restorative, and Yin Yoga, guiding students of all levels toward holistic mind-body-spirit wellness. Her classes combine breath-centered movement, guided meditation, and sound tools like quartz bowls and Koshi chimes for a deeply restorative experience. Noreen tailors instruction to each participant’s abilities, helping them build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while supporting individual wellness goals.
