About this Event

This gathering was created to help you drop back into your heart and cultivate intentional, meaningful connection—with yourself and with others. In a world that often keeps us in our heads, this experience invites you to step out of the noise of the mind and ego and reconnect with your innate presence, awareness, and capacity for authentic expression.
Your journey begins with somatic movement practices—gentle tapping, shaking, and rebounding—to release tension and awaken the body. From there, you’ll be guided through breathwork supported by a curated soundscape that opens the heart, clears emotional residue, and invites deep inner clarity.
Following the breathwork, we’ll take time for rest and integration so your body and mind can absorb the shifts. The session closes with journaling prompts for reflection, gratitude, or emotional release, along with the option to share your experience in pairs or small groups. Together, these practices create a container where healing and connection naturally unfold. Expect to leave feeling lighter, centered, and more in tune with yourself and those around you.

Facilitator Bio: Taylor Kornegay is a guide for joy, healing, and authentic expression. Through breathwork, yoga, and astrology, she helps people reconnect with their highest selves and embody a deeper sense of empowerment.

Her teaching journey began after a traumatic brain injury revealed the profound healing power of movement and breath. Since then, Taylor has dedicated her life to sharing these tools with her clients and within her community, Heartspace—a sanctuary for breathwork and open-hearted connection.
Passionate about weaving spirituality and wellness into everyday life, Taylor creates spaces where people feel safe to expand, release, and shine. Outside the studio, you’ll likely find her at the beach, meditating, or surrounded by friends who fuel her spirit.
