Hearts of Synergy: American Heart Association Charity Mat Pilates Class

February is Heart Health Awareness Month! Come join us for a special charity mat Pilates class benefiting the American Heart Association! Let's move together for a good cause. All fitness levels are welcome, so don't worry if you're a beginner. Just bring your mat, water bottle, and positive energy.

The class is donation-based at the door with a minimum recommended $20 donation. 100% of proceeds go towards the American Heart Association.
