Event Overview
Heartfulness Retreat is a weekend residential program designed for new seekers who wish to experience meditation and inner growth in the peaceful and sacred environment of Kanha Shanti Vanam.
This three day immersive retreat introduces participants to the simple yet profound practices of Heartfulness meditation while allowing them to explore the serene campus of Kanha.
Participants spend the weekend learning meditation, connecting with trainers, reflecting on personal growth, and experiencing the vibrant Heartfulness community.
Participants may arrive on the evening before the program begins.

Free program. Donations are welcome.
Accommodation and Facilities
Accommodation is provided in Non AC East Comfort Dorms with separate arrangements for men and women.
Food is provided at the Common Dining Hall.
Participants should be comfortable walking within the Kanha campus during the retreat.
