Come and join us on the beautiful Branksome Dene Beach for a heartful day of restoration and reconnection...
Movement will be explored with yoga, stretching and a beach walk. These will be lead by both hosts who have a shared passion and experience in the area of using movement and stillness to assist inner connection.
Meditation will be led by Hayley who is a qualified hypnotherapist specialising in reconnection to the authentic self and soul. We won’t be going as deep as hypnotherapy but the guided meditation will be magic!
Sound will be shared by Mighty Moga who you may recognise from UKG superstars “The Heartless Crew”. Here we will get to experience Moe’s musical talent in the form of a deep and varied sound bath.
The elements will be surrounding us at all times in and around the venue and will be highlighted in the nature walk and optional sea dip!
We will also have a “letting go” ceremony with moon water and a roaring fire!
Tea and cake will be provided.

About the venue:
Nestled on Poole’s picturesque, gloriously photogenic coastline, sits one of the most unique function spaces in the UK! The Branksome Dene Room is truly one of the south coast’s hidden gems.
Perfectly positioned on the coastline, we’ll be housed in a 1920s Art Deco pavilion-style chalet overlooking the sweeping bay. With panoramic views over to the Isle of Wight in the east and the Jurassic Coast’s Old Harry Rocks in the west.
Built on the site of the old coastguard station, the Branksome Dene Room was originally a tea house and today remains evocative of the roaring twenties. The room is nestled in one of the area’s distinctive denes – a narrow, wooded ravine that’s unique to this stretch of the coast. Just metres from the seafront, we’re merely steps away from golden, sandy beaches.
