Heartfelt Transition is a 3-hour immersive workshop held in the warmth of sacred sisterhood. This intimate gathering is designed to honour the sacred mother within and around you—whether you are a mother, daughter, grandmother, or simply someone called to gather in ritual.
Led by three deeply intuitive women—Anna, Olga, and Eugenia—this evening is more than an event. It is a transformation.

Red Tent Rituals
A powerful ceremonial space to honour the lineage of women who came before and those yet to come. Together we will soften into ritual, speak truth into the circle, and reclaim sacred stillness.
Sound Healing & Frequency Work
You’ll be bathed in healing vibrations and ancient frequencies designed to reset the nervous system, balance the chakras, and reconnect you with your body’s natural rhythm.
Gentle Sadhu Board Experience
A rare and sacred invitation to meet the Sadhu Board—not as a challenge, but as a mirror. In this gentle and optional practice, you’ll be guided to step onto the board with softness and intention. The Sadhu Board invites you to return to presence, reconnect with your breath, and release pain that words cannot reach. It teaches surrender, courage, and trust in your own body’s wisdom. A sacred moment of stillness you’ll never forget.
Eugenia’s Heart Medicine Talk + Tea Ceremony
Herbalist and emotional alchemist Eugenia will guide a heart-centered tea ceremony using her custom Heart Opening Tea Blend. You’ll learn how ancestral herbs such as Hawthorn, Rose, Tulsi, Linden, and Motherwort support the emotional body, nervous system, and spiritual heart. This experience is both interactive and deeply sensory—woven with storytelling, scent, and ritual journaling.
High Tea & Soulful Snacks
A beautiful spread of nourishing treats will be shared as we ground, connect, and remember joy through taste and togetherness.
