We invite you to join us for a rejuvenating Vinyasa Yoga practice designed to cultivate balance between your body, mind, and spirit while connecting with the serenity of nature. 🦋🧘♀️🧘♂️🍀Our class is suitable for all levels, including beginners, and is complemented by guided meditation and breathwork, leaving you both relaxed and revitalized.
Where:
Classes are held in front of the stage in Prince’s Island Park.
If this is your first time attending, please meet us at the downtown side of the Peace Bridge at 12:45 pm.
There's free parking on Memorial Drive and in Sunnyside.
When:
Time: 1 pm - 2 pm
Every Saturday in May to August, starting May 10
Price:
1 class = $12
3 classes = $ 30
Registration:
To register, simply send an e-transfer to [email protected].
You are also welcome to drop in at the last minute and pay in cash before the class begins.
What to bring:
Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes.
