HEARTest Yard FitFest

Presented by Hunstad/Kortesis/Bharti Cosmetic Surgery, The HEARTest Yard FitFest will be an hour of fitness in the Atrium Dome at Bank of American Stadium taught by three of Charlotte's top instructors Barre3, Barry's, and Hilliard Studio Method, . Pre and Post recovery treatment from Carolina Sports Clinic. The event will also feature a Block Party with a DJ and local food trucks, breweries and pop up shops. Join us for a night full of fun, fitness, raffle items, and support of our community.

For FitFest this year, we will be providing branded HEARTest Yard masks for all attendees at check-in or you're welcome to bring your own! We will also have sanitizing stations at the entrance and exit to the Dome. The Fitness on the Field portion of the event will take place inside the air-filtered Dome on your spaced-out yoga mats. The Block Party after will take place in the open air parking lot. As recommended by the Carolina Panthers Operations team, we are encouraging social distancing and masks, however, not enforcing it but leaving it up to each guest's discretion.

The HEARTest Yard was founded by Greg and Kara Olsen after their son was born with a congenital heart defect called Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome. The Olsen's collaborated with Levine Children's to establish a family service program that provides in-home private nursing care, physical therapy and speech therapy for those affected by CHD. The HEARTest Yard recently opened the first in the region, cardiac neurodevelopmental clinic and is helping to build a next generation Pediatric Cardiac Center at Levine Children's.
