✨ HEARTBEAT 6.12.25 ✨Dear community!
We are super excited as on 6th of December, great shamanic wizard and musician Mikko Heikkinpoika (Finland) is coming to Estonia to play at our dear community gathering. We met at HoloLife Summit where HeartBeat made its dance & now we. He is going to perform with his special sound and live instruments to take us on a deep, joyful and heart-opening journey.
We have understood that our community turns around dance & movement and we love when our musicians bring live elements to it, this refreshens so much of it. We encourage everyone to explore and feel what our mind and body needs from this journey. Every breath is unique in this evening and therefor lets greet our epic Mikko.
Every note Mikko plays will be shaped by your energy, your movement, your heartbeat. This is interactive art at its finest—where the musician and the dancers co-create something that can never be replicated. Every breath you take, every movement you make, every surge of emotion—it all becomes part of the symphony.
Whether you are coming for the first or the hundredth time, we welcome you with open arms! Because dance keeps both our body and soul healthy!
Why come to dance?
Ecstatic dance is your chance to feel free and dance exactly as your body and soul desire. Music carries you, and in the rhythms, you can move exactly as you wish. Sometimes the dance journey can be a held inward reflection, sometimes a magical co-creation, sometimes simply pure joy that the body gets to moveee! Dancing together in one space with others creates an unspoken synergy, so loneliness dissolves and sadness turns to softness.
What does this journey look like?
HeartBeat dances are complete journeys with a shared beginning and ending. A gentle guided introduction supports grounding into the body, we smoothly take flight (sometimes it really feels like that), and in the final part there is time to allow what happened to echo within you. This silence is one of the most beautiful states one can experience!
OUR GROUND PRINCIPLES
A sensory-toxin-, talking-, and phone-free event.
To create a supportive space for dancers, we have some agreements.
We dance toxin-free and do not talk in the dance space. This allows each person to be on their own journey, which can sometimes be very beautiful, sensitive, and deep.
Phone-free supports safe flow: Please keep your phones away and experience the dance in super presence. This way we can truly be present and in sincere authenticity.

Who is our Mikko Heikinpoika?
Mikko Heikinpoika is a ritual musician, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and music producer from Finland. Integrating rich vocal expression, live looping, grounded rhythms, and deep, heartfelt bass frequencies, ritual and ceremony blend together with technology, broadening his expression.
Supported by strong Nordic and Siberian roots, embracing the Planet and its tribes, he reaches out to create an experience that aims to offer the possibility of a gateway into an altered state of being. Drawing on inspiration from nature, as well as our ever-growing symbiosis with technology, powerful rhythms, soundscapes, and soul shaking dance intertwine to create a trance inducing journey that will not be forgotten.
Mikko Heikinpoika is also one of the most sought-after ecstatic dance DJs in Finland. He stands as a key member of the oldest and largest ecstatic dance community in Finland, Ecstatic Dance Helsinki.
