Heart Wide Open: A Cacao Ceremony of Love & Presence
Step into a Cacao Ceremony and discover why the sacred Theobroma Cacao plant was revered as a deity for centuries by the peoples of Mesoamerica. Prized for its nutritional and psychoactive properties, Cacao was so valuable that it was once used as currency.
This 100% pure, unprocessed, untempered, and unadulterated "real chocolate" is one of the most potent superfoods on the planet. A heart-opening plant medicine, Cacao acts as a cardiovascular stimulant and vasodilator, helping you soften into your heart and deeply connect with yourself and others.
About Your Facilitator
This ceremony is led by Ianthi Sparsis, a seasoned Cacao Practitioner, Ceremonialist, accredited Chakradance facilitator, and Reiki Master. With extensive training in meditation, embodiment work, shamanic rites, and the ancient practices of women’s frame drumming, Ianthi facilitates group ceremonies, cacao circles, and one-on-one sessions in Cyprus and online.
She returns briefly to Vero Beach following her fourth annual 10-day Cacao Immersive Retreat in San Marcos La Laguna, Guatemala.

The Cacao
Ianthi serves Keith’s Cacao, the original and world’s finest ceremonial-grade cacao. Sourced from non-hybridized under-canopy trees in the same Guatemalan coastal rainforests once favored by the Mayan, Aztec, Toltec, and Olmec civilizations, these beans are hand-selected, lightly toasted, and hand-peeled by local women before being ground and packaged—with nothing added and nothing removed.

Preparation & Guidelines
A full ceremonial dose will be served. To receive the maximum benefit from this experience:
- Avoid caffeine and have a light lunch/brunch, finishing at least 1.5 hours before the ceremony.
- Refrain from alcohol and other mood-altering substances the day and night before.
Please consult with Ianthi before the ceremony if you:
- Take antidepressants
- Use heart Medic*tion or have a pacemaker
- Have been advised to avoid fermented foods
- Are pregnant or breastfeeding
