Heart Transitions Grief Group
Whether you’re new to grief or have been navigating it for a while, this group is here to help you feel less alone. Discussions are guided by mental health professionals in this safe and supported space, encouraging everyone to share and connect with others going through similar experiences. Come and share, listen, and heal together!
Session will be held inside of the YMCA Central location. Parking is free across the street at the Ala Moana parking garage.
