Heart to Heart: A Monthly Women's Gathering Under the Full Moon

Join us for this evening of curated conversation, tea and sound bath meditation where we will honor and harness the powerful energy of the full moon as we share in circle together within the embrace of sisterhood.

This evening is an opportunity to slow down the pace of our lives so we can bring our focus inward and drop into life beneath the surface to hear what our soul is calling for.

We will begin the evening by imbibing the spirit of Blue Lotus tea. Blue Lotus was used by the ancient Egyptians as it was believed to provide a spiritual connection into the afterlife and offer communication with the divine. It is also known to promote lucid dreaming.

SHARING CIRCLE

After a brief guided meditation, We will move into facilitated conversation. This month’s topic is: “Having Your Own Back”. These are thought provoking conversations that allow women to drop into their inner sanctum and share their true selves and what’s on their hearts while being witnessed and held in sisterhood.

SOUND BATH

We will conclude with a soothing sound bath, designed to help release any lingering tension and stress. As the healing frequencies wash over you, your mind, body, and spirit will be brought into a harmonious state of deep relaxation. The enchanting sounds will guide you on a transformative journey, allowing you to ground yourself and fully integrate the experience. It is important that you arrive no later than 7:30 pm.

Coming in late disrupts the energy of the ceremony, and for that reason we would not admit anyone join after 7:40pm.

The Full Moon on March 14th, which will also be a Blood Moon, carries significant spiritual meaning. This celestial event invites us to confront and release hidden fears, past emotional baggage, and anything that no longer serves our highest good.
