About this Event
Tapping Into Tenderness: EFT for Grief & Anxiety for Black Women is a healing circle in Atlanta for Black women who are carrying grief, stress, or anxiety.
In this space, we’ll learn the basics of Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT)—a simple evidence based tapping practice that helps calm the body, ease overwhelming emotions, and support our nervous systems. We’ll talk about how feelings show up in our bodies, practice gentle tapping together, and share tools you can use anytime to help soothe yourself. This workshop is led by Vanessa Jackson, a certified EFT practitioner & healing practitioner & Samietra Lisenbee-Parker, a Grief Doula and Educator.
