Join us for a deeply grounding and renourishing session designed to soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect you to your heart.
This special collaboration brings together Carla Jimenez for a grounding, heart-focused Yin Yoga practice and Juliana Baron for a shamanic-inspired sound healing journey rooted in the wisdom of the Colombian rainforest.
Yin invites you to slow down.

To feel.
Through long-held postures and conscious breath, we gently open the heart space and release stored tension in the body. From this place of softness, you will be guided into an immersive sound journey using vibration, rhythm, and ancestral instruments to support emotional clearing and inner listening.
This experience carries the spirit of Return to the Heart of the Planet — our upcoming retreat in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, where the Earth is honored as a living being and the heart is the bridge between nature and self.
You do not need prior experience.
Just a willingness to slow down and listen.
