What is a "Sound Bath"?
It's a form of Meditation that uses therapeutic sound vibrations from instruments like Crystal Singing Bowls to guide your body and mind into a deeply relaxed state. It's an incredible tool to help regulate your body's Nervous System. It takes you out of feelings of "fight-or-flight" and anxiety and into a state where you feel grounded, calm + present within your body.

Settle in with a cozy, warm cup of Chamomile Tea.
Guided Yoga-Inspired Gentle Seated Warm-Up (this allows you to transition into meditation with more ease while releasing tension held in your physical body)
