A soul-nourishing yoga journey centered around the Heart Chakra (Anahata)—the energy center of love, compassion, and emotional well-being.
This series is designed to help you reconnect with your heart through mindful movement, meditation, and intention-setting. We will meet once a month for three months in a sacred space of sisterhood as we explore a multitude of heart-nourishing practices. Please bring with you a personal item (photo, object, or mantra) that evokes love, joy, or connection. Part 3 of our series will feature an optional Cacao Ceremony as our graduation from our time together.
