Cacao Ceremony with Reflection, Intentions and Meditation
Pranayama
Gentle heart opening yoga practices
Yin Yoga - with a focus on the heart space (only a few poses)
Centred self compassion and compassion for others
Journalling - there will be lots of time for reflection, so bring your journal if you wish. I will also have paper to hand for anyone who needs it.

Cacao has been having a profound affect on me, I have it regularlly now had have had many insights using it, It has helped me so much, I wanted to share it.
The last event in January was beautiful, lots of wonderful feedback. Some of you said it was a little bitter, so this time I will be bringing some (optional) honey and maple syrup.

-No caffeine
-Best taken on an empty stomach
-No alcohol or recreational drugs before hand
-Cacao is not to be taken if: you are pregnant or you have a serious heart condition as cacao causes your heart rate to increase
-Not recommended if you are on MORI or SSRI antidepressants - the receptors can be overloaded with serotonin - you may take it but maybe a smaller dose, at your discretion.
-If you are on a raw diet or have been fasting you should take a smaller dose
