Next, you’ll receive ear needling provided by Willow + Elm —a gentle, non-invasive therapy that balances the body’s energy flow, reduces stress, and promotes deep relaxation.

Choose however many oracle cards you feel for gaining insight, guidance, and reflection

We’ll then guide you through a powerful meditation session to center your mind, calm your spirit, and promote a deep sense of inner peace.

Finally, experience the healing vibrations of a sound bath, where the frequencies of crystal bowls and other instruments will wash over you, helping to release blockages and restore harmony within.
