Note: The movement studio is located BEHIND the main clinic, in the back parking lot. Please look for us there - as the main clinic will be closed :)
Mats, cushions, and blankets will be provided, or bring your own for added comfort. Wear comfortable and warm layers.
Please arrive a few minutes early to settle in before we start. Doors lock at 7:05
There will be parking spots available next to the studio, as well as street parking.

is a certified therapeutic harpist and sound healing practitioner based in Portland, Oregon. She offers sound baths and customized meditation soundtracks to help promote healing and inner peace for her clients. With her gentle spirit and musical talent, Olivia has a natural ability to create a safe, nurturing, and relaxing environment for individuals to explore their inner selves, release emotional blockages, and improve their overall wellbeing.
is a practicing astrologer, cacao ceremony facilitator, sound healer, and mama on a mission to help people reconnect with the wisdom of their heart and create a life that sings with beauty and meaning. She learned the art of preparing and offering sacred cacao during her time working with plant medicines in Mexico. She was drawn to the powerful heart opening effects of this beautiful medicine, and deeply enjoys sharing this magic.
