In memory of loved ones who have passed, Heart of Hospice Foundation and Bristol Hospice Klamath Falls would like to extend this invitation to our community to join us for the sixth Annual Butterfly Release. It will be held at Moore Park Marina II Pavilion, Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 3:00 PM.Registration is free. All we ask is for you to contact either Bristol Hospice at 541-882-1636, or email Cathy at [email protected]. This will help us get an accurate count for the number of butterflies needed.
We appreciate our patients, families, and community partners. This is a small way of showing our gratitude and a way of honoring those we have served.
