❓ How to find Room 19:
When you enter from Torpgatan, you’ll see two doors, one on each side. Take the one on the left, then go all the way up.
🕝 The doors open at 18:45 and the workshop begins at 19:00. Please arrive a bit earlier so we can start on time.
👌 Good things to bring with you:
● A water bottle,
● Warm socks or slippers.

💫 Heart Meetings are simple frameworks and methods created by HejHumans for using presence to speak to each other's hearts and create a place of trust, care and curiosity in a playful way.
The purpose of Heart Meetings is to create a safe place to interact with other people about the things that are vital to us as human beings. Here we actively share and listen to each other in order to support and grow together. We explore different methods and frameworks to meet each other as people and have meaningful conversations. Here we filter out all the titles and boxes that can be put on in society to be able to unite with the understanding that we all need the same things - such as being seen, heard, accepted, appreciated, loved and feeling meaning and purpose. The methods and exercises we use are a combination of already existing material and exercises that we at HejHumans have developed. Among other things, we use the Authentic Relating conversation method, which is for sharing and listening about important life topics. Welcome!
