In a balanced state our heart can easily surf the polar forces of these foundational elements guided by an open, adventurous mindset. In a lesser blessed situation this skillful dance can turn into a struggle. Join us & find inspiration, insight and celebrate the nature of a loving heart.
In this workshop we explore the various states of our hearts. Let this center of love speak, apply empathy and kindness to the memories stored away in your chest and find new ressources, old joys & liberation yet unknown.
90 Minutes of emotional rejuvenation, powerful connection & playful self awareness in a group of friendly people. Solo, Duo/Trio & group exercises lead is deeper into our center and make us more able to connect freely with ourselves & the other participants.
Guided with a playful spirit by Joe Jung, Berlin based & international facilitator, teacher & coach für communication, awareness & meditation in a beautiful penthouse location in Berlin-Mitte
