Heart Hive - Ecstatic Dance - Fulfillment

Join us for Heart Hive’s monthly ecstatic dance, where we gather in community to explore the theme of Fulfillment.
This month's journey is about tuning into the ways we seek and experience a sense of completeness and satisfaction in our bodies, minds, and spirits.
Through movement, we will embody the fullness of our emotions and connections, dancing into the spaces that fulfill our deepest desires for freedom, joy, and unity.
Our opener, Inbal Dagan, will lead a movement warm-up, helping us connect with our innate desires to move in ways that lead us toward fulfillment. This practice will offer an invitation for presence, curiosity, and exploration, supporting a deepening connection with ourselves and others as we flow on the dancefloor.
Then DJ Tara Ma will spin a juicy set for us, drawing upon many years of experience DJing for ecstatic dances. Tara Ma is the Founder and facilitator of Ecstatic Dance Providence and regular guest DJ at several other dances around New England. She brings together an electronic tapestry of music styles and sounds to create a high vibrational dance journey. Flowing, fluid, heart centered beats merge with core opening tribal rhythms. Grit and grind meet bounce and sway.
To conclude the dance, we are excited to offer a Community Singing Circle, facilitated by Ravensong Retreats co-founders, Inbal Dagan and Desiree Dennis. This nurturing singing circle will allow us to integrate and savor the fulfillment generated from the dance. Simple and easy-to-learn songs will be shared, often repeated in a mantra-like style with opportunities for improvisation and layering harmonies. The experience will resemble the sounds of artists like Beautiful Chorus and MaMuse, encouraging everyone to flow together as one voice.

****NEW!**** Early Bird tickets available up until a week before the event or until sold out. Please take advantage of this if funds are tight.
Sliding Scale:
$20 Early Bird Tickets (available until the week before the event) then $25-$50 ($35 recommended for those with full-time jobs) with a $30 minimum at the door.

DIRECTIONS & TRANSPORTATION
Address: 1950 Mass Ave Cambridge MA (Masonic Hall in Porter Sq) 3 minutes from Porter Square T! We encourage you to walk, bike and take the T. Free, on-street parking on Sundays and limited spots available at the venue. (Give yourself some extra time to find a spot as parking can be harder to find in this area.)

Heart Hive is now officially a 501c3 organization! Instead of selling tickets, we are now accepting donations to help cover our new overhead as well as have more to properly pay talented artists and facilitators. We want Heart Hive to remain accessible for everyone, so if the new sliding scale feels out of reach, please consider volunteering for an event.
