Participants will ride two miles on a spin bike, row 2000 meters on a Concept II Rower, and run 1 mile on the indoor track. Space is limited and participants must register for their 30 minute block by 25 February. Registration is open to any DoD cardholder over the age of 16 and can be submitted to [email protected]
