Heart First: a Cacao + Reiki Experience
This 75-minute journey is an invitation to gently open your heart, process your emotions with compassion, and summon the courage to expand– no matter how uncertain life feels.
Leo season calls us to be bold. To live from the heart. To express our true selves and lead with love, even when it feels vulnerable.
This journey combines the grounding power of cacao with the healing elevation of reiki and breathwork to support you in doing just that.
You'll connect with your own unique heart medicine, release old stories about what things are supposed to look like, and clear space for deeper self-trust, joy, and connection.
You will leave feeling more peaceful, refreshed, and zen.
💫 What to Expect:
- Begin with a guided cacao experience to open your heart and connect to the Earth’s wisdom (this is not a traditional cacao ceremony; more below)
- Move into gentle community connection + intention setting
- Practice a special Infinity Breath technique to call in your desires
- Receive hands-on reiki while lying down to restore balance, peace, and emotional clarity
- Integrate your experience through a closing reflection + conversation circle

Investment: $45 early bird (on or before August 10), $55 after
✨ What to Bring:
- A yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and anything else for comfort
- A journal + pen
- Loose, comfy clothing (and a sweater if you tend to get chilly)
- Optional: eye mask for deeper rest
Cacao will be served plain, with optional sweeteners and spices available for you to customize.
Note: While we honor the sacred roots of cacao, this is not a traditional indigenous ceremony. As Mandy does not come from the cultures who hold those traditions, this will be a heart-centered meditative experience meant to honor the spirit of cacao with integrity and reverence.

Mandy Sciacchitano is an energy worker and coach empowering leaders to heal so that they can achieve higher levels of soul-aligned success and impact. She seeks to make all things spirituality, healing, and energy work relateable and real-world applicable.
She believes in a holistic approach, and draws on her expertise in coaching, breathwork, energy work, and EFT “tapping” to work on every layer of a client’s being and help them bust through blocks and accelerate healing and transformation.
