This in‑person event will feature expert speakers, interactive workshops, and valuable opportunities to connect with multidisciplinary professionals. Whether you’re an early‑career clinician or a seasoned practitioner, this event is an excellent opportunity to expand your knowledge and strengthen your heart‑failure–related skills
This year is also particularly special given it’s our event’s 25th anniversary & our last year in this historic hospital building before our big move.
