The theme for the evening is - How can you playfully embrace the Autumn Darkness or the Darkness within you. Is it even possible? Together we enter this meeting as meeting an old dear friend.

18.15 - 18.30 Grounding in, opening circle
18.30 - 19.00 Breathwork
19.00 - 20.00 Heartfull and playful exercise: How can we meet the darkness as an old friend?
20.00 - 20.30 Potluck. Bring something small to eat and then lets share and eat together
20.30 - 21.30 Healing time, eyegazing, sharing, hold and be hold.
21.30 - 22.00 Sharing and closing circle
A little more insight to the project for those who have not joined us yet! Our gatherings are a realization of our heart's need to gather people that want to discover the love within themselves and share it with others. We create a safe environment in which we can easily explore our own selves, free up from mental boundaries and make good friendships.
This is a space for people who want to live truly and authentically to their highest potential and connect with likewise people. We believe that one person that holds the light in her heart can light up the hearts of millions. Imagine us being in a tribe with a common intention…what a power 💪✨🥰🙌
Heart has a great wisdom, healing power and ability to guide us safely and consciously to our highest potential. When we truly discover and connect with this wisdom we can move through life in a gracious and aligned way, build strong relations with others and create a happy life.

Paulina: Since 2016 a partner in change for many people, leader of various circle groups, founder of social initiative ‘The walk of gratitude’. Spiritual coach, hypnotherapist and healer, practitioner of ‘letting go technique’ and masseuse. First and foremost constant student of life that never stops being curious of what’s next while enjoying life in here and now. Her greatest mission in life is to live truly and in alignment with the highest potential that comes from the soul.
In past HR Specialist working for corporate for many years, holding on to the known and safe. Now finding safety in the unknown, trusting the path that her heart reveals in front of her.
Mona Huovinen has performed in theater for many years in various independent groups, but in recent years has devoted herself to improvisational theatre. Both to play but also to lead groups. Improvisational theater allows us to be prestigeless and invites us to be exactly who we want to be. There is nothing wrong! We heal by laughing, freeing ourselves and daring to trust our intuition. Allowing us to go on impulse. Together, we can create magic by bringing out the playful in our hearts. 🧡❤️🌻
