HeART Circle is a monthly event for women to relax into creativity, authentic expression, healing and connection with like-minded sisters. The first one is happening on Feb 13thAllow your inner healer and artist to shine as we come together to share transformative evenings focused on balancing and cleansing the 7 major chakras. It will be an 8 month journey of growth, igniting creativity, welcoming change and authentic power. The following two months you will have the opportunity to paint your own Lotus Flower.
Mindfulness, meditation, music and toning will be regular components each week. These practices will support intuitive creativity and the flow of what wants to naturally arise and be released.
Ultimately these monthly sessions are for women who are looking for a soulful, supportive environment, where there is freedom to express creatively and authentically for the benefit of improved wellbeing, confidence, inner peace, self love and joy.
