About this Event
Heart Circle is a queer-inclusive space where your beautiful selves are invited to come just as you are.
A sacred pause, to rest, feel, release & maybe laugh, by breathing love into hearts our & bodies.
Allowing the unfurl of ourselves by letting the magic of circle, community, sound & play deeply nourish you.
We will toast the Cold Moon, with a gentle meditation with cacao, then flow into a sharing circle & after some gentle movement, maybe a game with cheeky laughter, depending on our collective feeling.
To close the circle, everyone rests their sweet heads down and receives a restorative sound bath including crystal bowls, singing, shamanic drum, koshi bells & meditative sounds of nature.
Yoga mats, bolsters and cosy blankets are provided, but please bring extra layers if you like to be extra warm :)
