Greetings, Welcome to the Heart Chakra Yoga + Sound Healing +Reggae Party event.
Our instructor will be Red Lox for our heart chakra yoga class. He will be teaching this technique to guests as follows: I will be teaching tools you can use including chanting, breath work, and postures to create a space to expand the heart’s capacity for healing and connection. When the heart center is balanced, it promotes self-love, compassion for others, and a tangible sense of inner peace that not only improves your quality of life but those around you.
Our Sound Healer will be Hazel Eyed Sapphire. She will be dealing with meditation and sound rhythms and chanting softly affirmation quotes for healing, cleansing, and deliverance from energy that is not needed. You can't worry about things that are out of your control. You must make the change to remove that unwanted energy and build another for a peace of mind. Say this affirmation quote with me" I CAN AND I WILL" or" I WILL AND I CAN". Do this when you feel like your not in a good place and need to calm down and reset your mind -state for a better solution.
Also, since this is a collaborative event, there will be a package for the class, entrées, drinks , and swag bag for 2 for $40.00 dollars. All sponsors for this event are 'De' Le 'Crem , Levels Lit Podcast , Have A Heart Give A Heart Foundation. Mature adults are invited, and also you will be responsible for your own mats and towels. We have water refreshments, entrées, healthy snacks, and much more.
The reggae party will start immediately after the sound healing meditative cools down. This is a 420 friendly event also.
