This series will focus on opening the heart—physically, energetically, and emotionally—through mindful flow, breath, and intentional movement. Expect a practice that balances effort and ease, offers options for all levels, and includes Lindsey’s signature blend of experience, compassion, and a healthy dose of humor.
🌿 About Lindsey
Lindsey Adkison has a lifelong relationship with movement, beginning with Tae Kwon Do and dance before discovering yoga in 2006 at The Clouds on St. Simons Island. She became a certified yoga teacher in 2013 and later completed a 200-hour instructor training and apprenticeship at OmCore Yoga. Lindsey has been teaching locally for over a decade and is a dedicated Ashtanga Yoga practitioner. Since 2017, she has studied with Eddie Stern in New York City, deepening her connection to the traditional Mysore lineage.
