Join us for an Ocean to Table program focused on Georgia grown clams! These shellfish are delicious, nutritious, and sustainably grown in Georgia's coastal estuaries. During this hands-on program at our Brunswick location, you’ll learn about clam biology, seafood safety and nutrition from Marine Extension and Georgia Sea Grant experts. You will also be able to engage in conversation with local shellfish farmers from Shellbluff Clams, who raise northern hard clams near Sapelo Island.
Shellbluff Clams is committed to growing seafood that gives back to the local ecosystem and community. The program will wrap up with a cooking demonstration and tasting of a recipe made with Shellbluff Clams' freshly harvested shellfish.
