About this Event

Heart-centered meditation held on Sundays at 11:00 am EST. Donation only. The first ten minutes will be spent in silence as everyone arrives and gets settled. After this, the guided meditation will begin. Any questions about the practice or the event itself can be sent to [email protected].

The term "mindfulness" can lead us to see meditation as a strictly mental practice, which can neglect other aspects of our being. This practice brings us into the space of the heart and body where we can honor and explore that which makes us human, and in doing so allow there to be space for healing, integration, and discovery.
