For this ceremony, we will be working with pure, ceremonial-grade cacao, the ancient plant medicine version, rather than the sweet chocolate treat you might be used to. Cacao is a powerful, gentle heart-opening medicine that increases blood flow, releases endorphins, and beautifully deepens your meditative state.
