Heart Bloom: Cacao Ceremony

Join us for a journey of ceremony we rewild our hearts with the magic medicine of cacao on Sunday, March 23rd from 7pm-9pm at our Venice Apothecary.

As we begin this journey of ceremony we will enter the portal of the heart space by connecting with ancestral wisdom alive in cacao. Through meditation, breath, and intention we clear the path into the heart. Once there, we will work with cacao as a guide to initiate heart blooming practices that will rewild and recalibrate our rhythms to realign with mother earth and unconditional love. Modalities will include visualization, deep meditation with cacao, active breath and kriyas to move energy and inspire a sense of freedom and love within.

Upon discovering the ritual of cacao in Tulum, Alanna began deepening her practices of self love and gratitude. She realized that this plant has the power to shift consciousness through a deeper connection with ourselves and in turn our communities. This inner knowing took her further into the jungles of Guatemala where she spent time living among the cacao trees, spending countless hours with the people of these ancient communities and receiving wisdom through immersion and deeper initiations in practice and ceremony. Through her moving ceremonies you will get to work with the medicine through a variety of healing modalities.
