Join my Soul Sister Rachel who will lead you through a calm and gentle nurturing Hatha yoga practice with heart opening Asanas , gentle breathwork and meditation.
CACAO
CEREMONY – Open your heart with the sacred plant medicine of Kaukawa cacao, guiding you into warmth, clarity, and connection.
This medicine I offer is small batch, grown from Cuncho pods that the Peruvian ancestors used for their ceremonies. Each shipment is blessed by Q’ero priests before its journey to me in the UK and it’s very special indeed. You will take away a pack of your own when we depart company 🌱
SHAMANIC DRUM
JOURNEY – Travel beyond the everyday mind as the rhythmic beats of
my beautiful Deer drum carry you to inner landscapes of wisdom and healing.
GUIDED MEDITATIONS – throughout the weekend , be gently led into stillness, grounding, and soulful expansion through powerful practices designed to quiet the mind and awaken the heart. We will hold a communal nighttime meditation each evening to help settle us into bedtime mode.
JOURNALING– Capture your insights, emotions, and visions as you reflect and deepen your connection with self over these few days.
There will be Soul lead and relaxed activities throughout the weekend along with opportunities for alone time during our ‘down time’ periods.
This will not be a weekend crammed with activities and no time to breathe . To truly connect with your inner self and process our journey, taking time to be still is a necessity 🧘♀️
We will enjoy nourishing Food & Drink – Enjoy meals prepared to fuel both body and spirit, supporting your journey from the inside out. Food will be a balanced diet including vegetarian and free range/ organic meat offerings. I can cater for vegetarian alone . Please message me.

A lovingly converted eco-barn set in 2.5 acres of stunning Norfolk countryside located a short walk away from Winterton-On-Sea’s sandy beach. With modern decor and underfloor heating and wood fire it’s a perfectly sized venue for a small group gathering.
With 3 twin rooms available , it offers just 6 spaces for the retreat weekend making it a calm and intimate space for alone time when it calls. If you’re pensive about sharing please contact me✨
⭐️ What’s the investment ? ⭐️
The pricing for this 3 night stay is £333. This covers and all inclusive
Fri afternoon to Monday late morning stay, all Activities and matierials.

Secure your space. This is non refundable but could be used against any of my other events and offerings .
Rest of the investment must be made
In full by at least a month prior to the 20th March, and instalments may be paid at your convenience from the date of booking.
