Please join me in connecting to heart and soul while allowing your body and mind to rest, recharge and realign. At the Palmyra Yoga Shala on Tuesday, 23rd April at 7.30pm ✨✨✨An evening to make time and space for you to connect within and experience peace, calm and clarity whilst receiving Holy Fire Reiki Energy and Meditation, Sound Healing and Essential Oils.
No previous experience required.
Yoga mats, blankets and bolster cushions provided. Please bring anything else you'd like to make yourself comfortable as well as your water bottle. Chairs are also available upon request if you prefer.
A small setting of up to 10 participants @ $30 pp. payable on the night by cash or card.
