Heart & Soul is a gently held, mother-and-baby wellness ritual , an offering of presence, connection, and care. A morning devoted to honouring your body, your heart, and the quiet magic of bonding with your baby, just as you are.
Here, there is no rush. No performance. Only breath, touch, and the simple truth of being together.
The Ritual Flow
You’ll be guided through a sequence of gentle, nourishing practices designed to soothe the nervous system and soften the heart:
✨ Slow, mindful movement to awaken the body with kindness (postnatal-friendly)
🌬 Restorative breathwork to steady, calm, and ground
📖 Gratitude journalling — a quiet ritual of reflection and emotional nourishment
🔔 A deeply immersive Reiki infused sound bath, inviting rest, integration, and gentle release
With the option to stay for Tea and heart-to-hearts after
Each practice is an invitation, never an obligation.
A Space That Holds You Both
This is a truly baby-welcoming sanctuary. Feeding, changing, crying, playing, stretching, sleeping, and cuddling are all honoured as part of the ritual. Babies need not be settled. Mothers need not be “together.”
✨ Mats, cushions, blankets, and all equipment are lovingly provided, simply arrive, exhale, and settle in.
This is a come-as-you-are space. Calm or tired. Emotional or joyful. Open or tender. You are welcome in every season of motherhood.
You are encouraged to listen deeply to your body, your baby, and the rhythm of the moment.
