Chilly’s unique festival event is a vibrant collision of artistry, culture and talent - featuring electrifying live performances, dynamic DJ sets, live painters, professional dancers, & immersive experiences that will ignite your senses, excite your soul, and bring people together through the universal power of music, dance, and cultural connection.

A silent auction will take place on-site and all proceeds will help fund airfare, lodging, and transportation for Minnesota-based Korean adoptees, offering life-changing opportunities to visit Seoul, South Korea - for the first time post adoption. Let us come together with a greater sense for belonging.
This event collaboration is a dream come true - to spotlight the challenges faced by Korean adoptees while rallying support for their community. One year ago, Heart & Seoul Connection was a seed planted by Chilly to travel to South Korea. Chilly Rocks 50 is the full bloom celebration rooting together 5 decades of heart connections to strengthen community and showcase Minnesota music. Chilly is a loyal supporter of Twin Cities music scene for over 30 years, from an early beginning working at The Red Carpet Night Club (1996-1998) while attending St. Cloud State University. You have likely seen Chilly rocking out in the front row of a concert or 25 years of attending music festivals at Harmony Park; perhaps you have seen Chilly working at The Electric Fetus, First Avenue, The Palace Theater, Uptown Theater or Uffda Cannabis. Chilly is well known for freestyling lyrics on stage with LEEP 27, God Johnson, Wookiefoot & many other bands - to hosting events at The Cabooze; as well as being a host for Dance Church Minneapolis at Tapestry Folkdance Center. Chilly has a lifelong dream to visit his birth country where he was born 50 years ago. You can help Chilly fulfill this dream by supporting his mission and celebrating a community he so dearly loves. Let’s all give back to a giver of all givers.
