Heart & Presence One Day Retreat KelsoJoin June Meagher for this one day affordable retreat in the beautiful Heiton Village Hall, Main St, Heiton, Kelso from 10 am till 4 pm on Sunday, 19th April, 2026
Learn about the importance of breathwork and meditation and practice simple healing techniques, find out how raising your emotional intelligence can help you find inner peace and enjoy a relaxing sound bath using gong, singing bowls, handpan, chimes and many more beautiful instruments. You can also join in some chants and mantras to help bring you back to heart and presence.
Cost is £35 (£20 Concessions)
Please bring a yoga mat, cover and pillow for the sound bath as well as a packed lunch. Refreshments are provided.

June Meagher has dedicated over 45 years to studying and teaching spiritual, holistic, and wellbeing therapies. June has sat the board of some of the UK's most prestigious healing organisations including The Healing Trust (AKA National Federation of Spiritual Healers), Tan-Y-Garth Hall Retreats (UK's oldest residential Yoga centre), Sound4Healing (that sat alongside College of Sound Healing). June has also organised some of the UK's largest free wellbeing festivals.
