This interactive workshop blends creativity and conversation through hands-on activities that foster healthy self-expression, emotional awareness, and peer support. Participants will leave with a meaningful keepsake, practical confidence tools, and a renewed sense of belonging.
Our goal is simple: create a space where young people feel seen, supported, and empowered.
