Hear My Voice: A Comic Book Launch by Care-Experienced Young People
Join us for a special event showcasing Hear My Voice, a graphic novel created by care-experienced young people working with GM Youth Network in collaboration with Paul Pickford, visual artist.
The comic brings to life personal stories, offering unique insight into the experiences, challenges, and hopes of young people who are care experienced.
This launch celebrates creativity and resilience, aiming to raise awareness and understanding. Don’t miss the chance to support these incredible young people and be part of the conversation.
Refreshments will be provided.
Drop in from 3:30pm. Get involved with creative activities and have the opportunity to see the original comic book prints on display.
From 5pm-6pm, join our guest speaker and take part in a panel-style Q&A with the young people behind the comic book.
