Join the Heaps Estrin team for an afternoon of community, generosity, and holiday spirit at our Gift of Giving Open House. Explore a beautiful West Toronto property while supporting two impactful local charities: Joy in a Box and The Shoebox Project.
About the Charities
Joy in a Box
A Toronto-based initiative teaching children empathy and kindness through giving. Joy in a Box supports families in need by donating gifts to organizations such as Ernestine’s Women’s Shelter, Red Door Family Shelter, Interval House, and Nellie’s.
The Shoebox Project
A national charity that uplifts and empowers women experiencing or at risk of homelessness through community-driven gift drives, education, and advocacy. The organization distributes essential and luxury items to shelters and community agencies across Canada.
What to Donate
Joy in a Box (unsealed box, distributed to children in need)
- Mitts or socks
- Small toys
- Baby supplies (wipes, onesies, etc.)
- Stickers, crafts, or books
- Gift cards (Walmart, Shoppers, Loblaws) for mums and older kids

- $50 worth of essential and luxury items
