Meal kits will be ready for pickup in the George Brown Chef School Grand Atrium (SJB, 300 Adelaide St. E, Toronto - Main Floor) on Thursday Dec 11th 2025, between 11:45am and 12:30pm.
Our Baking and Pastry Arts students are pleased to offer unique Café Concept Meal Kits for sale, as part of their third-semester lab exams. In teams of two, students have created unique and specially designed menus to showcase all the skills they have acquired to date, based on a café concept of their own. Many unique, creative, and delicious meal kits are available to choose from!
Café Concept Meal Kits are an excellent value — only $29.99 plus HST — and a perfect way to support our hard-working students!
Every Café Concept Meal Kit includes:
- A full-size loaf of bread
- A jarred preserve
- An appetizer dish (One portioin)
- A main course meal with sides (One portion)
- A Viennoiserie product (a speciality croissant or similar)
- A dessert element
