* Medical documentation that cooling assistance is needed
* Proof of residency
* Utility bills
* Household income
The HEAP Cooling Assistance Program, a component of the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), helps low-income households with the purchase and installation of an air conditioner or fans to combat extreme heat.
