Healthy Weight Matters: "Making Choices" at HP Stillwater Clinic

This is the Sign up for the Making Choices Section of Healthy Weight Matters.

Making Choices is one of the three sections.

Healthy Weight Matters is a 12-week program designed to empower participants to improve their health through lifestyle changes, including reaching and sustaining a healthy weight, incorporating physical activity into your daily routine, and having the tools to make these changes.

These 12 weeks are broken up into 3 Sections, each with 4 classes, the Sections can be taken in any order to fit with your schedule. You can start at the beginning of any section!

Small group sessions held weekly for 4 weeks.

• Sessions are led by a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

• Topics covered include balanced eating, individualized meal planning, mindful eating, physical activity, and assistance with barriers to health, such as sleep, fear, and stress.

• Participants will challenge themselves each week to achieve a new personal goal and learn valuable information to support their overall health for years to come.

Who is this program for: Anyone wanting to improve their overall health, including:

• Healthy eating for weight loss, whether 20 pounds or 100 pounds.

• Finding ways to incorporate physical activity into your daily life, forming habits that will last.

• Decreasing barriers that are holding you back from making positive lifestyle changes.

• Enhance the effects of tools you are already using to improve your health, developing habits that will assist in reaching and maintaining weight loss and overall health.

• $80 a Section
