Healthy Spine Yoga is a 60-minute class tailored for people with spine issues or for those who sit for 8 hours every day in front of the desk to prevent those in the future.During the practice you learn how to take good care of your back, how to stretch it to prevent problems, how to strengthen weak spinal muscles combined with fascial and skeletal alignment, and how to de-stress as stress can affect spine health as well. The class contains of yoga poses, easy to adjust for everyone (even after spine procedure) mixed with Pilates and Physiotherapy exercises.
Remember, the class is not an equivalent of the Osteopathy/ Physiotherapy visit but it can provide additional healing help: supports the treatment and prevents spine issues.
