About this Event
We are pleased to offer a practical workshop which is designed to help parents/carers promote effective sleeping routines for children and young people. We will explore the 'Science of Sleep', the importance of sleep for both physical and mental health, and help you develop practical routines and strategies to improve your chlid's sleep. This workshop is 60 minutes long and will be delivered by the Mental Health Support Team in Schools as part of the Wigan Central Family Hub offer. If your child is struggling with sleep, this will be a useful, informative workshop for you! We look forward to meeting you.
